Lamb heart

 Lean and muscular lamb hearts have a chewy texture similar to tenderloin along with a mineral, earthy taste. Typically stuffed, skewered and grilled to enhance their flavor, they become a succulent and economical gourmet centerpiece. We exclusively select young, premium grass-fed lamb hearts at the peak of freshness so they retain their supple texture and mild taste. The hearts are trimmed by hand for ideal shaping and portioning control.
